Owner Saadia eventually chose the name Casablanca, because anyone who has watched the movie Casablanca knows and would no doubt remember the name of the restaurant.
The movie Casablanca was set in Morocco and is about bravery, intrigue, courage, beauty and ofcourse LOVE, a story that has one way or another marked many people`s hearts if not changed their lives forever
