Attractions of Morocco

Thousands of tourists from all over the world visit Morocco for its unlimited variety of unbelievable and unforgettable attractions. From the red of the summer sunrise and the sunset, the blue skies and spreading seas, the primitive life of the Berbers, the exotic, confusing but interesting markets of the medina, to the green of the Oasises here and there out in the desert sands, and the red soil of the Kasbahs. Morocco is a magical place that grabs all visitors' hearts.

Foods

The magical taste of Moroccan food attracts thousands of tourists every year. As Morocco used to be the center of trading business in the world, they use many different kinds of spices and materials to create unique and deep tastes in their food, making it well spiced yet not too spicy. Harrira, a tomato and bean soup, Tajine, a traditional stew, Kabab, and Couscous are the typical home made Moroccan food which are also favorite dishes of foreign visitors.

Two Races

The population is divided into two races, the Berbers and the Arabs. The Berbers, now 30%, are the native Moroccans before the Arabs invaded Morocco from Arab countries, both were at war for many years, only to decide to live in peace in the end. Although they are still different in looks, culture, and languages, they share land, business, families and religion.
